A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 157.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'olook P. M., November 30th, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to the
oonfixmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Im,
provement and the plans, apeoifioationa and estimate
of poet thereof, and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, Ti FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2231, adopted November
16th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 157, be, and
the same is hereby, oonfirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D.
1925.
