1 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 166.
WBEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held
at 3:00 o'olook P. M., November 30th, 1926, after legal
notioe, heard all objections presented by interested persons
to the oonfirmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer
Improvement 156, and the plans, speoifioations end estimate
of cost thereof, and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ^OMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2230, adopted November
16th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 156, be, and
the same is hereby, oonfirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D.
1925.
