A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 155.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'olook P. M., November 30th, 1925, after legal totiwe,
heard all objeotions presented by interested persons to the
oonfirmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement 155, and the plans, speoifioatione and estimate
of cost thereof, and no objections was sustained,
NOW, THPREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2229, adopted November
16th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 155, be, and
the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D. 1925.
