.A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROITEMENT S. 63-•
BE IT RESOLITE'D BY THE 001-1L13810N OF TIE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a 1°031 improvement dec4ribed and designated as follows
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement SK. 63 as follows:
On both sides of S. W. 8th Street, from S. Miami Avenue to
22nd Avenue.
Grading from the curb line to the property line.
Laying a sidewalk of concrete 5 feet wide and. 4 inches deep,
except that where a suitable sidewalk to proper line and grade is
already in place the construction of a new sidewalk will be omitted.
and credit will be given.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District 2k. 63.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November
