A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEAENT S1. 1594
BE IT RESOLVED BY T COMAISSION OF TUE CITY OF MANI:
Tiiat a local improvement described and designated as follows
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement Sr. 159 as follows:
Laying a 12" Terra Gotta Sanitary Sewer on or near the center
of S. E. Pirst Court from S. E. 3rd Street to S. E. 4th Street,
oomplete.
Laying 80 feet of 6-inch Terra Cotta Laterals and 8 feet of
8-inch Terra Cotta Laterals to connect said Sanitary Sewer to the
property line of the following described lots and.parcels:
FORT DALLAS PARK
W. 53.42 feet of the N. 78 ft. of Lot 24.
W. 53.42 feet of the S. 42 ft. of Lot 24.
Blook "A".
S. 21 feet of Lot 23 and. N. 24 ft. of Lot 22.
6. 21 feet of Lot 22 and N. 24 ft. of Lot 21.
S. 21 feet of Lots 20 and 21.
E. 119 feet of unnumbered Lot south of Lot 20.
Neoessary manholes and appurtenances.
Relaying street an(2, sidewalk pavements and curbs and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by the improveuent.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shell be made is hereby designated District Sr. 159.
