A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL DATROVEIENT SR, 146.4.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as followa.
shall be made under Seotlon 56, City Charter:
Improvement Sr. 146,-A as follows:
Laying a 10" Terra Gotta Satitary Sewer on or near the center
of S. E. 4th Street from S. E. First Court to S. E: First Place
oomplete, with neoessary manholes and appurtenanoes.
Laying 72 feet of 6-inoh Terra Cotta Laterals and 12 feet of
8-inch Terra Cotta Laterals, to connect said Sanitary Sewer to the
pmperty line of the following described lots and paroels:
FORT DALLAS PARK
Blook "A"
Block "B"
Necessary manholes and appurtenanoes.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements ard curbs and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by the improvement.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated. District Sr. 146-A.
