A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL I iiPI VEL^rUT H-304.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMLIISSION OF THE CITY OF 'MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as fol-
lows small be made under Section. 56, City Charter;
Improvement H-304 as follows:
On W. 12tb Avenue, from 571 8th Street to SW let St., also
from NW let St. to Miami River.
srading between curbs;
Constructing a oonorete curb 6 inohes wide and 14 inohes
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7i inches deep on
both sides of the street; except that where suitable ourb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the con-
struction of e new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit
ll be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inohes thick,. upon a
fou.ndetioii of local pit rock not less then 6 inches thick, all
being 59 feet wide a _id e:tendiuug from curb to curb. Providing
necessary drainage inlets, catch -basin, and manholes for sewers.
The property LigailB t which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated ;)istriot H-304.
