A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT R-3O3i
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MTA1T:
That a looal improvement described and designs
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-303 as follows:
0n W. 12th Avenue, from N. W. lst St. to S. W. lst St
Grading 5i feet on both sides of present roa
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inohes wide and 14 inches
deep and a oonorete gutter 18 inches wide and Ti inohes deep
on both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb
and gutter to proper line and grade are already in plane the
oonatruotion of a nevidrb will be omitted and oredit will be
given.
Laying a pavement oY sheet asphalt 3 inohes thick, upon
a foundation of looal pit rook not less than 8 inohes thick, all
being 5i feet on each side of the present roadway; widening pre-
sent street to 59 feet ffom curb to ourb. Providing necessary
nnage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the post
eof shall be made is hereby designated Distriot H-303.
