A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT R-302e
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a looal improvement described and designated as
follows shall be '6.e under Seotion 86, City Charter:
Improvement H-302 as follows:
On N. 36th Street, from F,E.C. Ry. to loth Ave. N.A.
Grading between ourbs;
Conetruoting a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inohes deep
on both aides of the street, exoept that where suitable curb
and gutter to proper line and grade are already in plane the
construction of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit
will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inohes thick, upon a
foundation of local pit rook not less than 8 inohes thick, all
being 48 feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing
necessary drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-302.
