A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT R-301.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a looal improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-301 as follows:
On N. W. 25th St., from Miami Avenue to N. W. 5th Avenue.
Grading between ourbs;
Constructing a oonorete ourb 6 inohee wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inches deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb and
getter to proper line and grade are already in place the oonetruo-
tion of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit will be
given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches think, upon
a foundation of local pit rook not less than 8 inches thiok, all
being 34 feet wide and extending from ourb to curb. Providing
necessary drainage inlets, oatohpbasins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which speoial assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-301.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 83rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
