A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL INNROVEMENT II-299 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a ].opal improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-299 as follows:
On N. E. 27th Street, from Miami Avenue to N. E. End Avenue.
Grading between curbs;
Conetruoting a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and ?j inches deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in plaoe the construc-
tion of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit will be
given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches thick, upon a foun-
dation pf local pit rock not leas than 8 inches thick, all being 40
feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing necessary
drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-299.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd Lary of November, A. D. 1925.
