A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMFROVEMI T H'+298.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO1MISSION OF THE CITY OF rt1 :
That a looal improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 66, City Charter:
Improvement H-298 as follows:
On N. W. 23rd St., from N. W. 2nd Avenue to N. W. 5th Avenue,
N. W. 22nd St., from N. Miami Avenue to N. W. 3rd Court.
N. E. 26th St., from N. Miami Avenue to N. E. End Avenue.
N, W. 26th St., from N. Miami Avenue to N. W. End Avenue.
N. W. 27th St., from N. Miami Avenue to N. W. 2nd Avenue.
Grading between curbs;
Constructing a oonorete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inches deep on
both sides of the streets, except that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the oonl.rio-
tion of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit will be
given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inohes thick, upon a foun-
dation of local pit rock not less than 8 inches thick, all being 39
feet wide and. extending from curb to curb. Providing necessary
drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against whioh special assessment for the Dolt
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-298.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd d.ay of November, A. D. 1925.
