RE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MAKE: That a local improvement described and designated as follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter: Improvement H-295 as follows: On N. E. 12th Terrace to N. E. 14th St. Grading between ourbs; Construoting a oonorete ourb 6 inohee wii&e and 14 inohes deep and a concrete gntte.• 18 inches wide and 7* inches deep on both sides of the street, except that where suitable ourb and gutter to proper line and grade are already in plane the conetruotion of a new ourb and gutter will be omitted and credit will be given. Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches thick, upon a foun- dation of local pit rook not less than 8 inohes thiok, all being 39 feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing necessary drainage inlets, oatoh-basins and manholes for sewers. The property against whioh epeoial assessments for the oost thereof khA'1 be made is hereby designated Distriot 11-295.
