'TSOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVE1ZNT
BE IT ICSOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local itlement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-293 as follows:
On Nd 2nd St. from 9th Avenue to 17th Avenue.
N4 7th St. from Miami River to East property line 13th
Avenue.
Grading between curbs;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide au& 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7i inches deep
on both sides of the street, except that where suitaUe curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the con-
struction of a new curb and zutter will be omitted and credit
will be -iven.
