A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT H-m290.
BE IT RESOLVED RY THE C ctmi SS ION OF THE CITY OF MLAM I :
That a local improvement described and designated as follows
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter.
Improvement H-290 as follows:
On ,lest 9th Avenue, from SW 8th 3t. to New So. River Drive.
West 10th Avenue, from SW 8th St. to NW 7th St.
Grading between curbs;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 71- inches deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the con-
struction of a new curb and gutter will be omittea and credit
:ill be ^ iven.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inchei thick, upon a
foundation of local :pit rock not less than 8 inches thick, all being
39 feet 7ride an6 extendins from curb to curb. Providing necessary
drainage inlets, catch -basins and ;aT_1 -oles for sewers.
