A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT R-288.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter.
Improvement M-288 as follows:
On S. W. 20th Avenue, from Flagler St. to S. W. 4th St.
S. W. 21st Court, from Flagler St. to Si W. 4th St.
Grading between curbs;
Construoting a concrete ourb 6 inohes wide and 14 inohes
deep and a conorete gutter 18 inches wide and Ti inohes deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in plane the oon-
struotion of a new ourb and gutter will be omitted and credit
will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 2 inches thick, upon
a foundation of local pit rook not less than 5 inohes thiok, all
being 34 feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing
necessary drainage inlets, oatoh-basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against whioh speoial assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated Distriot 111288.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
