BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI: That a local improvement described and designated as follows shall be made Hader Seotion 56, City Charter: Improvement H-287 as follows: On N. W. let St., from Rest side 17th Avenue to East aide 22nd avenue. Grading between ourbs; Construoting a oonorete curb 6 inches wide and. 14 inobes deep and a oonorete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inohes deep on both sides of the street, except that where suitable ourb and gutter to proper line and grade are already in plane the construction of a new ourb and gutter will be omitted and credit will be given. Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inohes thiok, upon a foun- dation of looal pit rook not leas than 8 inches thick, alibeing 28 feet wide and extending from ourb to ourb. Providing neoessary drain- age inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers. The property against which special assessments for the oost thereof shall be made is hereby designated Dietriot H-207.
