1 RISOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL I PROVEM NT ii-286.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C OMMISS I ON OF THE CITY OF MUNI :
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-286 as follows:
On W. 17th Court, from N. W. 3r0. St. to S. W. 4th St.
On W. 18th Cour'4, from S. W. 4th St. to Flagler St., and.
from N. W. 1st St. to N. W. 3rd St.
Grading between ourbs;
Constructing a oonorete ourb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and.a oonorete gutter 18 inches wide and. 7* inches deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable ourb and gutter
to proper line and grade are already in plaoe the construction of
a new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 2 inches thick, upon a
foundation of local pit rook not less than b inches thick, all being
28 feet wide and extending from ourb to curb. Providing necessary
drainage inlets, ortoh-basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which speoial assessments for the oost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-286.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
