RESOLUTION NO. 2271.
A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT K2O.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows ahall be made under Seotion 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-285 as follows:
On S. W. 9th St., from S. W. lst Avenue to S. W. 4th
Avenue.
0. W 10th St., from West side of S. W. lst Avenue to
East side 6f S. W. 4th Avenue.
Grading between curbs;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and. Ti inches deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the construc-
tion of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit will be
given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 2 inches thick, upon
a foundation of local pit rook not less than 5 inches thick, all
being 39 feet wide and extending from curb to ourb. Providing
neoessary drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property Against which special assessments for the
cost thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-285.
