A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IRPROVEMENT R-284.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement describe& and designate& as
follows shall be made under Seotion 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-284 as follows:
On S. W. 3rd Avenue, from S. W. 8th St. to S. W. 15th St. Road
S. W. 13th St., from Miami Avenue to 15th St. Road.
Grading between ourbs;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inohes wide an& 14 inohes deep
and a concrete gutter 18 inohes wide and 7} inohes deep on both sides
of the street, except that where suitable ourb and gutter to proper
line and grade are already in plane the construction of a new ourb
and gutter will be omitted. and credit will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inohes think, upon a
foundation of local pit rook not less than 8 inohes think, all being
48 feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing necessary
drainage inlets, catch -begins and manholes for sewers.
The property against Which special assessments for the cost
thereto shall be made is hereby designated District H-284.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
