A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL, IMPROVEMENT T 1-281.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement desoribed and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter.
Improvement H-281 as follows:
On N. IN 5th Avenue, from South side 29th St. to North
side 32nd St.
Grading between ourbs;
Construoting a oonorete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a oonorete gutter 18 inches wide and 7} inohes deep on
both sides of each drive, except that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the con-w
struotion of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit
will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches thick, upon
a foundation of loaal pit rook not less than 8 inches thick, two
drives each being 34 feet wide and extending from ourb to curb.
Providing neoessary drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes
for sewers..
The property against which apeaial assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District M.281.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
