BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COM!lISSION OP THE CITY OP WAVY That a looal improvement deeoribet and desighated follows shall be made under Seotion 56, City Charter. Improvement R-E80 as follows: On N. E. 17th St., from N. E. End Avenu Grading between ourbe; Constructing a oonorete ourb 6 inohes wide and 14 inches deep and a oonorete gutter 18 inohes wide and 7* inches deep on both sides of each drive, ex gutter to proper line and gr struotion of a new curb and will be given. Laying a pavement of sheet here imitable curb and in place the oon- 11 be omitted and oredit asphalt 3 inches thick, upon a foundation of local pit rook not lees than 8 inohes thiok, two drives eaoh being 30 feet wide and extending from ourb to curb. Providing neoeseary drainage inlets, eatoh-basins and manholes for sewers. 41, The property against whioh special assessment for the cost thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-280.
