A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMMOVEMENT R.280.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TOE CITY OF ¥TAUT:
That a local improvement desoribed and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter.
Improvement R-280 as follows:
On N. E. 17th St., from N. E. Snd Avenue to Bayshors Drive:
Grading between curbs;
Construoting a concrete curb 6 inohes Ride and 14 inches
deep and a oonorete gutter 18 inohes wide and 7* inches deep on
both aides of eaoh drive, exoept that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the oon-
struotion of a new ourb and gutter will be omitted and oredit
will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches thick, upon
a foundation of local pit rook not lees than 8 inches thick, two
drives eaoh being 30 feet wide and extending from ourb to curb.
Providing necessary drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes
for sewers.
The property against which special assessment for the
cost thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-280.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
