A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT Y-179.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF M AMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-279 as follows:
N. E. 15th St., from N. Miami Avenue to N. E. 20. Avenue.
N. E. 16th St., from N. Miami Avenue to N. E. 2n& Avenue.
N. E. 17th St., from N. Miami Avenue to N. E. let Avenue.
N. W. let Avenue, from 14th St. to 23rd St.
Grading between curbs:
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inches deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable ourb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the con-
struction of a new ourb and gutter will be omitted and credit
will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches thiok,.upon
a foundation of local pit rook not less than 8 inches think, all
being 48 feet tide and extending from curb to curb. Providing
neoessary drainage inlet°, oatoh-basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-279.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
