A RESOLIITION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT 0278.
BE IT RESOLVED BYTES COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MTAMT:
That a local improvement desoribed and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement R-278 as follows:
N. W. 3rd St., from 17th Avenue to 22.nd Avenue.
N. W. lst Place, from 2Oth St. to 23rd.St.
N. W. lst Court, from 20th St. to 23rd. St.
N. W. Miami Court, from 20th St. to 23rd St.
N. E. 20th St., from N. Miami Avenue to N. E. 2nd. Avenue.
Grading between curbs;
Construoting a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inohes wide and 7* inches deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the oon-
atruotion of a new ourb and gutter will be omitted and credit
will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches think, upbn
a foundation of local pit rook not less than 8 inches thick, all
being 39 feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing
necessary drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the post
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-278.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
