A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT I-277.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF II♦'r&VT:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-277 as follows:
N. W. lst Terrace, from N. W. 19th Avenue to N. W. 22nd
Avenue.
N. W. 2nd St., from N. W. 1,9th Avenue to N. W. 22nd Avenue.
Grading between curbs;
Conetruoting a concrete ourb 6 inohes wide and 14 inohes
deep and a oonorete gutter 18 inohes wide and Tiinohes deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in plaoe the oon-
struotion of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and oredit
will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 2 inohes think, upon
a foundation of looal pit rook not less than 5 inohes think, all
being 39 feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing
necessary drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the post
thereof shall be made is hereby designated Distriot ii-277.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
