A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT R 076
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAXI:
That a local improvement deeoribed and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter.
Improvement H-276 as follows:
S. W. 15th St., from 13th to 14th Avenue.
S. W. 14th St., from 13th to 14th Avenue.
S. W. 12th St., from S. W. llth Avenue to S. W/ 14th Avenue.
S. W. 12th Court, from S. W. 8th St. to S. W. 13th St.
S. W. 13th Court, from S. W. 8th St. to S. W. 13th St.
S. W. 18th Avenue, from Flagler St. to 4th St.
W. 21st Avenue, from S. W. 4th St. to N. W. 3r& St.
N. W. Flagler Terrace, from N. W. 18th Avenue to N. W. 22nd
Avenue.
Grading between curbs;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches pride and 14 inohes deep
and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and Ti inohes deep on both sides
of the street, exoept that where suitable curb and gutter to proper
line and grade are already in place the construction of a new curb
and gutter will be omitted, and credit will be given.
laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 2 inches thick, upon a
foundation of looal pit rock not less than 5 inohes thick, all being
39 feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing necessary
drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-276.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, A. D. 1925.
