A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT H-274.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-274 as follows:
On S. E. 14th Terrace, from Briokell Avenue in a South-
easterly direction to the South line of Lot 21 Point View, amended.
B. E. 14th Lane from Brickell Avenue in a Southeasterly
direction to the South line of Lot 21 Point View, Amended.
N. W. 17th Place, from Flagler St. to N. W. 3rd St.
N. W. 18th Avenue, from Flagler St. to N. W. lst St.
S. 7. 3rd St., from west side 19th Avenue to east side 21st
Court.
Grad_'ng between curbs:
Const:uoting a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7E inches deep on
both sidesof the street, except that where suitable curb and gutter
to proper line and grade are already in place the construction of
a new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 2 inches thick, upon a
foundation of local pit rock not less than 5 inches thick, all being
28 feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing necessary
drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-274.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd say of November, A. D. 1925.
