THE CITY MANAGER FOR AND ON BrITAtr OF THE
CITY OF MlAItt, . FLOR IDA, A SATISFACTION OF
:MORTGAGE AS SET Mau HEREIN.
a,REAS, the City of Miami was the owner of a oerta.in
mortgage signed by W. E. Walsh et ux dated January 28th, 1925,
given to secure two notes, each in the amount of $1O,050, one
due on or before one year and the other due on or before two
years after date, which said notes were given to said City of
Miami in part payment of the following described property Bald
by said City to W. E. Walsh, to -wit:
The NE* of the SW4 of the SW4 of Section 10, Twp.
54 South, Range 41 Eaot, and -the Ni- of the SE4 of
the SWof the SW4 of Section 10, Township 54-South,
Range 41 2ast, Dade County, Florida.
and,
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of October, 1925, the City Manager
for and on behalf of the said City of Miami, did exeoute a satis-
faction of said mortgage.
NOW, THER' 'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF 7gr.
CITY OF I;ILMI: That the execution of a satisfaction of the said
mortgage hereinabove set forth by the City Manager, for and on be-
half of the City of I:iami, Florida, be, and the same is hereby,
approved and confirmed.
