A U$OLiUSION 1tTTRORIZING THE CITY PLANNING
BOARD TO NEGOTIATE WITH MR. THOMAS A. ADAMS,
PRESIDENT, RUSSELL SAGE FuiDATION, FOR SERV-
ICES OF EXPERTS IN CITY PLANNING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Planning Board is hereby authorized to
negotiate with Mr. Thomas A. Adams, President, Russell Sage
Foundation of New York City, for services of experts in City
Planning to serve with. the City Planning Board of Miami so
that the rapid growth of the City may receive due and careful
consideration under the supervision of the present oity govern-
ment.
PASS'D AND ADOFTED this 16th day of November, A.D., 192b.
