BOARD TO NEGOTIATE WITH COLONEL F. W. ALT-
STAETTER FOR HIS SERVICES AS CONSULTING ENGI-
NEER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAYI:
That the City Planning Board is hereby authors zed to
negotiate with Colonel F. W. Altstaetter for his services as
consulting engineer in the Harbor Development project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this l6th day of November, A. D.,1925.
