A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT
OF MIAMI HARBOR RECOMMENDED BY THE COMMITTEE OF
THE CITY PLANNING BOARD.
WHEREAS, at the request of and by the authority of the
City Commission, the City Planning Board created a separate and
distinct Board for the purpose of investigating the whole ques-
tion of Harbor Development and reporting to the Commission the
findings and suggestions of such Board, and
WHEREAS, such Board has, after careful investigation of
all points, recommended for adoption as.the moat feasible plan
for Harbor Development the plan submitted by them and known as
"Suggested Plan", and
WHEREAS, the said plan meets with the approval of the Com-
mission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the plan for the development of Miami Harbor
submitted and recommended by the Special Board of the City Plann-
ing Board and known as the "Suggested Plan,' be, and the same is
hereby, adopted by the Commission of the City of Miami, subject to
such reasonable changes as may be necessary.
