A RESOLUTION' EXPRESSING# THE APPRECIATION
OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI IN
THE COOPERATION OF THE PENINSULA TERMINAL
COMPANY IN THE MATTER OF HARBOR DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the Peninsula Terminal Company has expressed
its willingness to withdraw from the proposed joint arrange-
ment for the development of Miami Harbor by the City of Miami
and the said Peninsula Terminal Company in the event the City
Commission deems their withdrawal advisable, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission does not deem suoh joint
arrangement essential to the best interests of the City at
this time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the offer of The Peninsula Terminal Com-
pany to withdraw from the proposed joint arrangement is ac-
cepted and the Commission of the City of Miami hereby expresses
its appreciation of the co-operation of The Peninsula Terminal
Company in the proposed development.
