A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESS
MEAT ROLL FOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT NO. EOO.
WHEREAS, the Commission Of the City of Miami, Florida, met on
the 16th day of November, 1926, pursuant to due legal notice of said
meeting under Section b*, City Charter, to hear all written objections
to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll for the cost
of work in Highway Improvement District No.23O, and
WHEREAS, no objection thereto was sustained, and the said assess,
meat roll appearing in all respects regular and in accordance with
the requirements and provisions of the City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI:
1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and in-
dicated in said preliminary assessment roll be, and they hereby are,
in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or
parcels of ground described therein.
2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the lots
or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll are less
than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is
specially benefitted by said improvement and that such amounts are
in proportion to the special benefits that the property received
and that the proportion of said costs to be paid by the said City
of Miami on account of highway intersections is the sum set forth
opposite the'same therein.
3. That the total cost of the said improvement in the sum of
$40,009.38 be, and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, A. D. 1925.
