A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION ORDER-
ING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT NO. 308.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., November 16th, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement No. 308,
and the plans, specifications and estimate of coat thereof, and
no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2211, adopted November 2nd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement No. 308, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, A.D., 1925.
