A RESOLUTION CANCELLING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS FOR
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS ERRONICOUSLY MADE AND RLMOVS
ING THE LIENS AGAINST TUE PR0PERRTY AFFECTED.
AREAS, the Director of Public Service reports that
oertain assesamenta for sidewalk improvements in District
Sk. 53, were erroneously made and recommends the eaneella-
tion of such assessments,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
1. That the assessment against Lot 17, Blook 91, Miami
South, for 50 feet of sidewalk at $1,14317 per foot amount-
ing to the total of $57.16, be, and the same is hereby can-
celled and the lien against said property for said sidewalk
improvement be removed.
2. That the assessment against Lots 1, 2, 3 Fleming &
Pearsons Subdivision, for 50 feet of sidewalk at $1.03865 per
foot, amounting to the total of $155.79 for the three said
lots, be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and the liens a-
gainst said property for said sidewalk improvement be removed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, A.D.,1925.
