STRUCTED UNDER CITY SEWER CONTRACT NO. 40.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE cm Or M/AMIs
That the sum of .4,200.00 be, and the same is hereby,
appropriated. from the General Fund Surplus for the purpose of
paying the cost of certain additional oeuvre authorized by
Resolution No. 1974 to be mad. under City Sewer Contract No. 45.
PASSED ADD ADOPTED THIS 15th day of November, A. D., 1925,
