A RESOLUTION CONSENTING AND AGREEING. TO E1TEEt
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA FAST COST
RAILWAY COMPANY FOR GRADE CBBSSING PRIVILEGE AT
SW ESTH ROAD IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUCH AGRELMTN ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI;
1. That the City of Miami, Florida, oonaent and agree to
v+inter into an agreement with the Florida East Coast Railway Company,
a o.,r,oration, wherein and whereby said City of Miami, Florida, is
given the right and privilege to use for grade crossing only that
part or strip of land located three thousand three hundred twenty-
four (3324)feet southerly from said Railvaay Company's Mile Post
#367 and according to the further terms and conditions as contained
in proposed agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the City Manager with the attestation of the City
Clerk of the City of Miami, be, and they are hereby, authorized
and direoted to exeoute the said agreement for and on behalf of
the City of Miami, Florida.
3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 16th day of November, A.D. , 1925.
