SANITALY LATERAL INTROVVENT 10. 5. '
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 otolock P.M., November 9th, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to the
confirmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Lateral Im-
provement No. 5, and the plans, specifications and estimate
of cost thereof, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLaISSION OF
TEE CITY OF I:Lan: That Resolution No. 2209, adopted October
26th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Lateral Improvement No. 5, be,
and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED A.1-,D ADOPTED this 9th day of November, A.D. 1925.
