A RESOLUTION FIXING TEE SALARY OF LIUNICIPAL
JUDGE D. J. ILEFFERVAN AND APPROPRIAING'THg
NECESSARY MONEY FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMUSSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
1. That the salary of Kunicipal Judge D. J. Heffernan,
appointed to hold. nightly terms of the Municipal Court, be, an&
the same is hereby, fixed. at the sum of ;50.00 per month.
2. That the necessary money for the payment of such
salary be, ana the same is hereby, a-)propriated from the General
Fund. .Surplus.
