BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C0LMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall ')e made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement Sr. 163 as follows:
Laing Sanitary Sewer on or near the center line of
11. E. 41st Street, between N. E. 2nd Avenue and N. Miami Avenue,
and laying 6 inch Terra Cotta Laterals to connect said Sanitary
Sewer o the property line of the following lots and parcels:

Lots 2 to 12, inclusive,

Lots 14

Lots 4 and 5.
That Parcel of Ground lyinc north of K. E. 41st Street,
