A RESOLUTION canzum TEE ASSESSIMNT AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN FOR SIDEWALK
II2ROVELMNT.
WHREAS, it appears from the report of the Director
of Public Service that an assessment for Sidewalk Improvements
in the amount of 322.86 was erroneously made against Lot 19,
Block 71, Liami South, and
WHEREAS, the said assessment should be cancelled and
the lien against the said property removed,
NOW, TIMREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIM COLYISSION OF
THE CITY OF LIAEI: That the assessment for sidewalk improvements
in the amount of f)22.86 against Lot 19, Bloch '71, rlami South,
be, and the sale is hereby, cancelled and the lien against the
said p2operty for the said in=ovellont is hereby reoved.
