A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF AND AWARD-
ING CONTRACT TO MORGAN-HILL PAVING OO AIRY' (.
FOR CO=YSTRUCTrOId OF STREET PAVING IN DISTRICTS

R-269 , 270, 271 and 272, AND ,AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTICI OF SAID CONTRACT BY THE CITY MANAGER.
VmEREAS, upon tabulatio7i of the bids received. November
2nd, 1925, for the constrw,fiic:i of street paving in Districts
H-269, 270, 271 and 272, it uppears that tit bid of iiorgan-H-111
Paving Company is the lowest and best bid received for the work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLA ISSION OF
THE CITY OF I IAL• :
1: That the bid of i:organ-Hill Paving Com_iany to con-
struct street -paving as described and set forth in plans and
s_)ecificc.tio)ls for iIiLhway Improvement Districts 269, 270, 271
and 272, at and for the unit prices set forth in their bid of
November 2nd, 1920, be, and the same is hereby, accepted, and
