A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT 11.309.-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY Op' MIAMI :
That a local improvement described and designated as follows
shall be made under Section 66, City Charter:
Improvement H-309 as follows:
On N. E. 38th Street, from N. E. Miami Court, bast side, to
N.E. let Avenue, east side of intersection.
Grading between curbs;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches ddep
and a oonorete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inches deep on both sides
of the street, exoept that where suitable curb and gutter to proper
line and grade are already in place the construction of a new curb
and gutter will be omitted and credit will be given;
Laying a pavement of oil macadam upon a foundation of local
pit rook not less than 6 inches thick, all being 25 feet wide and
extending from curb to curb. Providing necessary drainage inlets,
catohbasins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-309.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, A. D. 1925.
