AG Th WITIt MODEL LAND COMPANY FOR AD` EASEMENT TOO CERTAIN LAND HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED AND AUTHORIZE# ' EXECUTION OF SUCH AGREEMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF 1IAMI: 1. That the City of Miami, Florida, does hereby consent and agree to enter into an agreement with Model Land Company, a corporation, wherein and whereby said City of Miami, Florida, is given the right and privilege to construct, erect, repair, lay maintain and operate a sewer through, under and across, beneath the surface of the following described land, situate, lying and being in the City of Miami, Dade County, Florida. A strip of land six (6) feet in width, three (3) feet on each side of center line of sewer which center line is parallel with and twenty-two (22) feet South of the North line of N.W. 2nd Street extended eastward- ly, from the East line of N.W.S. River Drive to the Westerly I:arbor Line of the Miami River through the following described property:- Laos a strip of land and riparian rights lying between the center line and North line of N.Z;. 2nd Street extended eastwardly to the :"iami river and the East line of N.W. South River Drive and the miami river. and according to the further terms and conditions as contained in copy of proposed agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the I"ayor with the attestation of the City Clerk of the City of I'iami, be, and they are hereby, authorized and direct- ed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of =ami, Florida. 3.
