BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION Op' THE CITY OP MIAMI:
That the sum of $2,000.00 be, and the same is hereby,
appropriated from the general Fund Surplus for the purpose of
purchasing an automobile to be used by the said Board and fog' the
payment of the cost of installing a new system of paying city em
ployees.
