A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY FOR CROSSING
RIGHT-OF-WAY AND TRAOK OP SAID RAILWAY COMPANY
WITH STam SEWER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
1. That the City of Miami, Florida, consent and agree
to enter into an agreement with the Florida East Coast Rail-
way Company, a corporation, therein and whereby said City of
Miami, Florida, is given the right and privilege to cross the
right -of -way -and ender the track of said Railway Company, in
the City of Miami, with a reinforced concrete storm sewer at
a point four thousand one hundred fifty-seven (4157) feet
southerly from Railway Company's Mile Post #365.
2. That the City Manager with the attestation of the City
Clerk of the City of Miami, be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to exeoute the said agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Miami, Florida, oopy of which is attached here-
to and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, A. D. 1925.
