That the Building Inspeotor be, andhe is hereby, authori$sd
and directed to issue a building permit to the American Railway fir-.,.:
press Company for the oonstrnoticn and erection of a temporary
building at the Florida East Coast Railway Station upon the oondi-
tions that said Company files a good and sufficient surety boad, . in
a form to be approved by the City Attorney, that the said Company
will remove such building upon sixty (60) days notice from the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of Ootober, A. D. 1925.
