A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESS-
MEET ROLLS FOR SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT 60 AND 516
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met
on the 5th day of Ootober, 1925, pursuant to the notioe of said
meeting under Section 56, City Charter, to hear all written ob-
jections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment rolls
for the cost of work in Sidewalk Improvement Districts 50 and 51,
and
WHEREAS, no ob jeoti on thereto was sustained, and the said
assessment rolls appearing in all respects regular and in accord-
ance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
1: That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and
indicated in said preliminary assessment rolls be, aad they are
hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all
lots or parcels of ground described therein.
2: That the sums and amounts aga. nst each of the lots or
parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment rolls are less
than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is
specially benefited by said improvement and that such amounts are
in proportion to the special benefits that the property received and
that the proportion of saia costs to be paid by said City of Miami
on account of highway intersections ie the sum set forth opposite
the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvements in the follow-
ing sums, to -wit:
Sidewalk Irnpr oveme nt 50 y2 , 633.68
Sidewalk Improvement 51 2,215.42
be, and the same are hereby, approved and confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th say of Ootober, A. D. , 1925.
