A RESOLUTION REPEALING ALL RESOLttTIONS ADOPTED
AND PROCEDURE TAKEN IN STORM SEWER maarnmisp
NO. 128 AND CA2 GELLING THE PENDING LIENS AGAINST
PROPERTY LIABLE FOR ASSESSMENT OF THE COST THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MI*3tI:
1: That Resolution No. 1952, adopted May 12thi 1920,
ordering Storm Sewer Improvement No. 128, and Resolution NO.
1990, adopted June 2nd, 1925, confirming the said resolution
ordering Storm Sewer Improvement No. 128, be, and the same are,
hereby cancelled and repealed, and all other procedure in
connection with said improvement is hereby cancelled.
2: That the pending liens against property liable for
assessment of the cost thereof be, and the same are, hereby
cancelled.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this bth day of October, A. D., 1925.
