A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2068,
AUTHORIZING $1,793,000.00 IMPROVEMENT BONDS
SERIES "Y" AND RESOLUTION NO. 2088 ACCEPTING
A BID FOR SAID BONDS.
WHEREAS, since the passage of Resolution No. 2068 on
July 30, 1925, authorizing $1,793,000 Improvement Bonds
Series "Y", contracts have been made for a number of improve-
ments whose estimated post only was stated in said resolution,
and it is now expedient to ohange the amount of the issue to
correspond with the contract cost and estimated incidental
expense; and
WHEREAS, the purchasers of said bonds have given their
consent to the repeal of said resolution and the cancellation
of the contract of purchase; and
The Commission is of the opinion that an equally satis-
factory sale of such bonds as may hereafter be authorized can
be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIA?,' :
Section 1. That Resolution o. 2068, passed July 30,
1925, entitled "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1,793,000 IMPROVEMENT
BO?'DS SERIES YT be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Resolution to. 2088 passed August 11,
1925, accepting a bid for said bonds, be, and the same is, here-
by repealed.
Section 3. That the good faith deposit made by the purchasers
of said bonds shall be immediately returned.
